San Jose State U. president encourges students despite budget woes

President Jon Whitmore urged San Jose State University students, faculty and staff to "do your very best with less" in his Fall 2009 welcome address. Whitmore focused on the budget challenges facing SJSU during his second year as president as he spoke to an audience of more than 700 people at Morris Dailey Auditorium on Thursday. Associated Students President Megan Baker said the video for president's welcome address should be required viewing for all members of the SJSU community.
