UC graduation rates are steadily rising due to improvements made by UC campuses to ensure that students complete their education in a timely fashion, according to a recent UC report.

UC Berkeley recognized in top 'green' universities list

The Princeton Review named UC Berkeley as being among the top 15 universities in the nation for environmental awareness in its second annual "Green Ratings" released Monday.

Are Golden Bears closing gap with mighty USC?

In 2007, the USC football team scored all 39 first-place votes in the Pac-10 preseason poll. Last year, the Trojans garnered all but one. And this year, the winner of the past seven conference championships was overwhelmingly voted the preseason favorite again. But this time, they lost three first-place votes to the second-place pick: Cal.
